What we do
We are appointed to market selected new property launches in the Klang Valley. For Aras Residences we market the project on behalf of the developer, under the developer's own prevailing terms, prices and packages.
- Present the project information, floor plans and facilities published by the developer.
- Answer your questions and arrange a viewing at the developer's sales gallery.
- Introduce you to the developer's official sales process so you can book directly with the developer.
What we are not
- We are not the developer, and this is not the developer's official website.
- We do not collect any payment, booking fee or deposit from you on this website.
- We do not hold stock, set prices, or decide unit availability — the developer does.
- We do not ask for your identity card, bank details or passwords on this website.
How a purchase actually happens
Any booking, payment and Sale and Purchase Agreement is made directly between you and the developer, at the developer's sales gallery or through the developer's own official channels. Our role ends at introducing you to that process. In the event of any discrepancy between this website and the developer's official materials, the developer's materials and the Sale and Purchase Agreement shall prevail.
