All project information, prices, packages, specifications, facilities, floor plans, site plans and images shown on this website are taken from the developer's published marketing materials and are provided for general reference only. Prices shown are indicative entry SPA prices, rounded, and vary by floor, orientation and availability. All packages, prices, specifications, quota and availability are subject to the developer's prevailing first-hand information and may change without notice. Artist's impressions are conceptual and for illustration only. In the event of any discrepancy, the developer's official materials and the Sale and Purchase Agreement shall prevail.

3. No offer, no guarantee

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, contract, investment advice or a guarantee of any kind. We make no guaranteed rental, yield, resale or financing-approval claims. Any transaction is subject to the developer's terms and conditions, quota and unit availability at the time of booking, and to your own independent verification and professional advice.

4. Personal data we collect

This website contains no enquiry forms and does not collect, store or process your personal data directly. When you tap a WhatsApp or call button you leave this website and contact us through WhatsApp or your phone network; that conversation is governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.

• respond to your enquiry about Aras Residences;
• arrange a viewing or appointment at the developer's sales gallery;
